Hello

The contact form uses a form generator from admin, it you want to add more fields or translate them you need to do it in contact module->fields tab

The phisical file is locate in

admin/module/oxymall/plugins/templates/contact/main.htm
admin/module/oxymall/plugins/admin.contact.php ( admin part )
admin/module/oxymall/plugins/site.contact.php ( frontend )
