Default No input file specified. ????

    Type: Pre sale question
Please help. I installed the CMS and I'm able to use the admin. But when I access the website I can only see the home page: HOME. When I select any items in the menu (I have not edited the menu at all) all I get is a White screen with the following text: No input file specified.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    Pete

    Hello

Your php doesnt have virtual directory support enabled. Go in admin->global settings->settings and chantge the url type to use urlrewriting. Please read the instructions because you need to create a .htaccess file and upload on your site too.

    Default couldnt solve the problem

    Hi,

I just started to use your template but i couldnt solve the "no input file specified!" error.

I have created .htaccess file, copied and pasted the code as mentioned in instructions in it, and uploaded it to the root of my site which is in httpdocs folder.

I still get the same error when i click on the menu tabs .

what might be the problem? urgent help

Did you change the url structure in admin too ? From index.php/category/post to /category/post ?

    Default still

yes, I did change the url structure as well, I only have two structures available to choose unlikely the screenshot u ve posted above.
when i choose the first structure it gives me "no input file specifies error" and when i choose the second one which requires server modifications i get "The requested document was not found on this server. " error.

what else i might be doing wrong?
