Change in License Terms

I just noticed you have changed your license terms. Currently you say,

Regular License allows you to use the purchased file in 2 custom projects, made for yourself or a client. This covers most typical uses of stock flash files.

Commercial License allows you to use the purchased file in any number of custom projects, made for yourself or a client.

but when I purchased my 1 Year Membership in May 2009 the terms were stated as,

Purchasing files from OxylusFlash.com results in attaining a Regular License that will allow you to use the respective files in any number of custom projects, made for yourself or a client. This covers most typical uses of stock flash files.

On May 16, 2009 I sent the following question to you via email,

I will want to purchase this membership!

Just to be sure I understand,

1) I get all source so I can modify the files?

2) I get license so I can use them in any number of custom projects or websites I create for my clients?

Octav Chelaru (octav@oxylus.ro) replied the same day with,

Yes to both questions

Certainly you cannot change the terms on items I have previously purchased! I am assuming I can continue to operate under the terms in effect at the time I made my purchase. And, when my 1 Year Membership expires, if I choose to renew it, I would then be subject to the new terms.

The new terms affects the new purchases and new memberships only. The old ones stays as before. We are going to publish this too.
