I just installed the CMS and when I go to the home page the first time I get this error:

I just installed the update and now the page is blank...

please open admin/lib/forms.php
go on line 19 and remove the line containing this:
require_once _LIBPATH . "forms.settings.php";
Upload the file on your ftp and will work.- Search before posting, most of the problems has been discussed already.
